The Advocacy and Resource Center is hosting "Kite Flight for Autism" and a
Car "Show & Shine" on May 14th 10 am - 3 pm at US Oval to raise funds and
awareness for "First Step for Autism" a new program that provides services
for families and children impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Momot Elementary School 4th & 5th grades students have been invited to
decorate a kite to enter in the Kite contest. The kite artwork will be
judged and prizes awarded by Jim Moore from WPTZ 5 and Lois Clermont from
the Press Republican.
Members of NY Kite Enthusiasts will be flying and displaying their beautiful
kites and providing assistance to those who want to participate in the Kite
Flight.
